Inter Pacific Exchange - Hong Kong China 2010 - Quick Report

The Australian Team of Shay Smith, Allison Hall, Kate Avery and Elise Norman-Hunkin is proving to be quite successful during the Inter Pacific Exchange currently underway in Hong Kong.

Team Manager, Carol Paterson reports that presently the teams were approximately 1 1/2 hours inside the china Hong Kong border staying at the Camelot Riding Country Club and will be there for for the next week.  Over the last couple of days, the girls have been riding their allocated horses each moning in training for the Dressage competition.

Australia placed equal second with Canada in the competition with the USA being the winner.  unfortunately on the countback Australia came third.

Friday will see the Kangaroo Cup which is a triathalon.  No details of the competition is available yet so the outcome will be interesting.  The Nations cup will be held early next week.  The horses we have been allocated are a very even lot and we will draw more horses for the Nations cup.
