As part of an ongoing management program within Pony Club, the following Australian Sports Commission policies have been adopted by the PCA and State Associations and will apply at all Pony Club fixtures:

Following the acceptance of the Member Protection Policy, Parts B, C and D all State Associations have now appointed a special person/s to take on the role of Member Protection / Anti-Harassment Contact and Complaints Officer. This person is an independent Mediating Officer who is the first approach for members with concerns.    The appointed person/s MUST undertake special training available from the Australian Sports Commission, or State Departments of Sport & Recreation prior to their appointment being confirmed.
